SOLARIUM
This option is ideal for those wishing to take advantage of this large space of more tan 100sqm and enjoy the magnificent Estepona climate with family and friends, relaxing and getting away from the busy city life, while admiring fascinating sunsets with spectacular sea views or having a wonderful evening under the moonlight.
We offer two different extra fittings for the terrace:
BATHING AREA
- JACUZZI SPA Of the wooden cladding type, with 4 large seats, precision jets located in an ergonomic way so that the hydromassage increases its power gradually and so that the massage works the entire body.
- The waterfall, the Multicolor Light system and the audio system with MP3 + Bluetooth player complement their equipment.
JACUZZICHILL OUT LIGTHING
Indirect lighting with exterior LED strips
- Hot bioethanol stove table
- Bar worktop
- Planters with the same material as the rest os the solarium.
- Base under glass railing

CHILL OUT AREA
- Bar with low fridge, built-in sink, built-in grill and electrical outlets for wine rack and dishwasher. Covered of Dekton.
- Pre-installation for speakers and music equipment

- Bench with plastered mortar received brick.
- Table with fire detail of Bioethanol.
- Exterior table executed with Dekton on a metal structure lacquered in the oven.
